Abstract

Personalized content has become a key strategy in digital marketing, particularly within the education sector, where student engagement is a primary success factor. This paper explores how personalized content impacts learner engagement in education marketing campaigns. Through a review of existing literature and analysis of conceptual frameworks, the study identifies major personalization techniques and their effectiveness in educational contexts. The findings suggest that tailored communication, data-driven segmentation, and adaptive learning pathways significantly influence engagement metrics. This study contributes to marketing and education literature by mapping the relationship between personalization and user engagement in educational services.
